T’is the season to embrace the largest earrings you can find and wear them all day and night!
On a recent trip to Wellington, I tried to pack as lightly as possible but without losing any fabulousity with outfit choices. I fell head over heels for these Seed earrings and quietly high fived myself when I found they had very kindly provided a matching top! Boom, this perfectly matching roaring red combo can take you anywhere. For the day, I dressed it down with tan accessories and high waisted ripped ‘mom’ jeans. The perfect balance of casual chic that could see me grabbing a brunch with girlfriends all the way through to a meeting in the afternoon.
As the sun set, I switched to a darker slightly more fitted denim to dress it up, simple black stillettos and a clutch bag. It was that simple. I threw my hair in a ponytail along with some lipstick, and I was set to dance into the Wellington nightlife.
This major ‘feature’ earring trend may be a little hard to get used to at first, but I suggest you throw yourself into the deep end, hunt out your favourite pair and find a top to compliment them. Then put them on in the am and don’t take’m off till it’s bed time!
