They’re just begging to be worn on the red carpet

Altuzzara, Carolina Herrera, Vera Wang, Jenny Packham, Max Azria all familiar names if you are a fan of hate watching E! Live From The Red Carpet. It’s no surprise then that these designers have produced some of the NYFW’s most beautiful evening gowns.
Altuzzara’s entire show was perfection to me but this dress (far left) was the stand out. This needs to be worn by someone with balls… Sienna Miller or Kate Hudson?
There is something about this lemon yellow that its hugely appealing to me, imagine how great it would photograph against red! In other news, I can’t read the name Carolina Herrera without hearing Carrie Bradshaw’s breathy voice in my head (SACT the movie).
Vera Wang’s show was also one of my favorites which was entirely unexpected. Her dresses at the end (third in from the left) made me think of midnight fairies which is obviously awesome. I could see someone cool like Emma Stone in this or January Jones whom I would like to think is cool but is always sooo basic in interviews.
I can’t think of Jenny Packham without thinking of lil J in Gossip Girl. I don’t know why, there must have been some point that they made reference to it but it’s totally annoying because lil J was the worst (I guess it doesn’t help that they share the same first name). ANYWAY this dress is so soooo pretty, it makes me think of sunrise on the ocean. The only thing is the length.. take it up to mid calf or take it to the floor because this hemline is very unflattering.
BCBG Max Azria’s show was wonderfully dreamy. I usually really dislike non colours on the red carpet but this one (second in form the right) is something special.
Last is another Jenny Packham/Lil J creation which is crying out to be worn by Cate Blachett or even, if I allow it, Anne Hathaway.
