Nice has been on my “must go’ list since forever, so when my best bud Jade and I were summoned to London for a friends wedding we couldn’t resist jumping on a plane to immerse ourselves in the south of France and it’s abundance of sunshine, food and gorgeous wine.

After a quick “bonjour” to the glittering ocean (I swear it’s a different colour over there) we then followed our noses to explore the markets set up right behind our hotel.

Giddy from culture overload we wandered aimlessly for the afternoon until we found a sweet little restaurant to settle into, the only hurdle being our terrible French. Thankfully the friendly locals forgave us brutalising their elegant language, paired with apologetically smiling faces, and proceeded to wine and dine us. Bliss

While traveling I love to get a little matchy matchy, can you tell?  It’s not something you can get away with too much at home so I find it such a joy to play up a little when away and yellow is one of my absolute favourite colours.

A huge thanks to Canon who armed me with two amazing camera’s for my trip. I’m a learner driver when it comes to photography but the crew at canon made it fun and easy. It’s a good start but I’m eager to keep learning
