As the international brand ambassador for global hair styling brand, ghd, tongue-in-cheek popstar Katy Perry is captured looking strikingly confident in the brand’s most recent campaign. Lensed by legendary fashion photographer, Ellen von Unwerth, the sequence of black and white stills sees Katy looking natural, chic, and very demure, compared to her previous ghd campaign.
Of the campaign, ghd’s Chief Executive Officer Paul Stoneham has said “Our new campaign brings the ghd brand promise of a ‘good hair day, every day’ to life. Katy and Ellen have created something really special in these images, capturing the essence of ghd today.”
Launching as part of the new campaign, this message ‘good hair day, every day’ is the ghd’s essential promise to clients all over the world. Moreover, ghd has also launched its novel salon-strength professional hairdryer, the ghd airTM, which was utilized to help create and style each of Katy’s luxurious looks in the campaign.
