Saying farewell to daylight savings is always bittersweet, Summer is by far the favourite season but with shorter cooler days creeping in I’m actually excited about wearing some heavier fabrics and longer hemlines. This long flute sleeve from Cue is an absolute dream, the ‘off shoulder’ trend is still huge and very flattering. It’s a feminine silhouette without showing anything off so it’s perfect for an after hours work function, dinner with the in-laws or drinks out with the girls. A perfect piece as we transition into Autumn.
I must admit I am a sucker for a pencil skirt and this high waisted faux leather piece from Decjuba won me over after I saw it on. Everyone needs something like this in their wardrobe coming into the mid-year chill. The longer length is a killer with heels but this tube shape can also be thrown together with sporty white street shoes or laced up pointy flats, pair that with a simple T or shirt and a slightly oversized denim jacket and you have a whole new vibe. Seriously cool
Now, can we talk about these Mi Piaci booties? The gold plate is a stroke of genius adding the perfect amount of flare and glamour while the thickness of the heel means you are free to take on the world!
