I have huge love for jeans and pants (you may have noticed if you caught my wardrobe post ) but with Spring around the corner I’m getting damn excited about embracing some oh so girly flowers, frills and frocks, and it’s rather handy that thigh high boots are having a moment because I for one, am all about hiding my winter white legs! Trust me, I’m doing you all a favour.
Thigh highs or even ankle boots are the perfect way to toughen up a girly look and for added comfort go for a block heel. That’s right, push the stilettos to the side and grab something sturdy.. you will be right on trend.
And in the interest of not freezing find an oversized cardigan, denim shirt or leather jacket to contrast the girliness. The key is if you’re not wanting to be too feminine, balance it out with something either made from a tougher fabric or possibly has a masculine cut.
