Kathryn Wilson’s Shoe Genius
New Zealand’s premier shoe designer, Kathryn Wilson, has delivered yet another fabulous collection for spring/summer.
Everyone knows that a shoe can make or break an outfit, hell a shoe can make or break a woman.
Each season we are faced with the same conundrum – which shoe is the one? Some of us will opt for comfort, some of us will go for whats ‘on trend’ and some of us, the ones in the know, will seek out those shoes that have it all.
But never fear readers! Put down those crocs, throw aside those pinching stilettos because we have found that elusive ‘perfect’ shoe. Comfortable without being frumpy, trendy without being try-hard… Kathryn Wilson sure does it well. Her designs are well known for possessing this perfect mix of comfort and class, as her loyal customers are only too happy to tell you.
After an explosive 2011 that included a hugely successful NZFW show, and the opening of her very own ‘shoebox in downtown Auckland – Kathryn Wilson has now set up permanent shop in Britomart, Auckland’s newest fashion precinct.
Right now customers can still shop her equally as fabulous winter collection with the new collections dropping next week (I’m already on the waiting list for the Mimi flats!).
