With beau Olivier Sarkozy

I recently discovered this website Curbed, a New York City neighborhoods and real estate blog, who recently discovered that the buyers of this insane 5 bedroom townhouse in NYC are Mary-Kate Olsen and Olivier Sarkozy, respectively. This insane home set the couple back a cool US $13.5 million (about NZ $17 million) includes a private garden, a hall of mirrors, a ballroom, rooftop pool, elevator and an artist’s studio again, respectively.

 These are the photos used in the listing so I expect these are not MK and O’s own furnishings but still… I’m not enamored with it. Obviously I wouldn’t say no, you would have to be mental to say no to a 5 bed in New York, I’m just saying I reckon they could have done better. You agree right?

This one is $100,000 cheaper too. Serious balls up MK, next time just hire me.
