Really? Are we really going there again? I don’t understand why everything Miley does is so shocking to people. I get that her VMAs performance was rather bazaario with the grinding and the licking and the twerking, but this… How is it any different to every other music video ever?

She turns a sledgehammer into a sexual object. Katy Perry has an ENTIRE SONG about cock.

She writhes around on the ground half naked. So has every other pop star who has ever walked this planet.

She’s swinging naked on a wrecking ball. Has everyone forgotten about Britney Spears in Womanizer or Katy Perry in California Gurls?

I mean come on, the song itself doesn’t even have any sexual references. Rihanna can be as unimpressed all she wants but I’m pretty sure that every single one of her songs is about sex.
